Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal goods/services, stolen items, counterfeit products, or prohibited items.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, deceptive listings, or false advertising.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, violence, or discriminatory content.
• Uploading malware, viruses, or attempting to hack/bypass platform security.
• Collecting user data without consent, scraping, or abusing the platform systems.
• Money laundering, suspicious financial activity, or misuse of payment systems.

2. Marketplace Rules

• Sellers must list items/services honestly with accurate pricing and descriptions.
• Sellers must fulfil orders and provide valid tracking for shipped orders.
• Buyers must not falsely claim non-delivery or abuse the dispute system.
• Any attempt to bypass the platform payment flow to avoid platform rules may lead to suspension.

3. Enforcement

Warm Nest Enterprise may remove content, restrict listings, hold payouts, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with lawful requests where required.
