Warm Nest Enterprise does not take responsibility for user-generated content, but reserves the right to review, remove, restrict, or block content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Marketplace / Listings

• Sellers are responsible for listings, pricing, delivery arrangements, and service accuracy.
• Buyers are responsible for verifying sellers/products before making payments.
• The platform does not guarantee business leads, sales, or specific results.

7. Events / Webinars / Mentorship

Some events, mentorship sessions, webinars, or training may be hosted by internal teams or external partners. Outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or update events and bookings where necessary.

8. Privacy & Data

By using this platform, you agree that we may collect and process personal data such as your name, email, phone number, and profile information for platform operations and communication purposes.

Passwords are stored in hashed/encrypted form. We apply reasonable security measures, but no system is completely secure.

9. Abuse Reporting
